Please fax a copy of your Seller's Permit and business card to 213-741-1845. Wholesale price requires a minimum order of 12 mixed pieces or more. In order to maintain your wholesale account active, you are required to make a wholesale purchase once every three months or your account will automatically be changed to retail. When creating an account please include your Company’s Name and Seller’s Permit Number. Access to wholesale prices will be granted within 24 hours after creating an account. Please contact us if you require access before the 24 hours. **VERY IMPORTANT Once your wholesale account has been activated, you must login to your account in order for wholesale prices to be displayed.
